Design & Build
Design and build is how we work best

Our design, project management and construction teams sit under one roof, which means the space you approve at concept stage is the space you get on handover day. There is no gap between designer and contractor for your project to fall into. You get a single point of contact, a clear timeline, and a team that owns the outcome from the first sketch to the final walkthrough.

Things You May Want To Know
What does Design & Build actually include?
Everything from initial concept design through construction, coordination and final handover, all managed by one team under one contract.
How long does a typical project take?
Most office fit-outs run eight to fourteen weeks from design sign-off to handover, depending on scope and space size.
Do you manage approvals with landlords and authorities?
Yes. We coordinate directly with landlords, building management and relevant authorities throughout the project.
What happens if something needs fixing after handover?
We remain available for post-handover support and address any defects that arise within the agreed warranty period.
Can you work around our existing furniture or assets?
Yes. We assess what is worth retaining early in the process and design the new space to incorporate it where it makes sense.
