Seven floors, seven different purposes, one connected experience.
The SCAL Construction Hub was created to bring training, collaboration, governance, and daily operations together, transforming a multi-functional building into a workplace that feels unified. The building guides people through its functions naturally, with consistent design cues and spatial language carried across every level.
The ground floor multipurpose hall takes flexibility further, expanding and dividing through an operable wall to support everything from large-scale seminars to focused workshops. On level 6, the environment shifts to support more considered conversations, where acoustic planning, seating comfort, and neutral finishes create the right setting for sensitive discussions.

Project costs vary depending on factors such as space size, scope, design requirements, material selection, and finish level. We take the time to understand your needs before providing a clear cost estimate and recommended approach.
